Requirements: Must be born into Clan, Born into Kumogakure. Ask for permission from me. Water and Wind Affinity to use KKG.

• Allows the use of extensive ice styled Jutsu's by combining wind with water.

• Allows for the summoning of a Snow Wolf equal to 25% of your current Stats. (The Snow Wolf is summoned from a Contract signed by the founder of the clan, allowing all of those after him to be able to summon a snow wolf.)

• Allows for advanced manipulation of Ice/Water. The Fuyu clan utilizes its Ice Cold Chakra, allowing them to freeze the water into ice by combining the water with wind jutsu. It takes four seconds to freeze water into ice.

• After getting the maximum level of your KKG, You are allowed to learn a Fusion Jutsu where you can fuse with your Ice Wolf, doubling your speed and strength. You will lose 50% of your health though. This is an SS Ranked Jutsu.

Level 1 KKG : 25% Stats with Companion, 4 seconds freezing time for water (Base)
Level 2 KKG : 50% Stats with Companion, 3 seconds freezing time for water (1000 Words of Training Overall)
Level 3 KKG : 75% Stats with Companion, 2 seconds freezing time for water (2000 Words of Training Overall)
Final Stage KKG : Share same stats with Companion, Instant freezing water. (4000 Words of Training Overall)

Will need to expand on the usage of Hyouton Ninjutsu as well as place its manipulation of the ice, water also wind (as it helps to make the ice element) into the usage of your clans Ninjutsu.

Also turning water into ice is this used in conjunction with Jutsu or is a physical ability they possess? If so you will need to list in how quickly the ice will freeze water and what stages one must train to achieve this speed. For this it would be going off the speed stat. Also does this ability require a high level of chakra control as wella s reserves or do you need a specific level of control over the ice to use it.

As for your summon you will need to make it in the contracts. With the gaining of its stats equal to yours maybe increase the stages to say 10% of your stats, 30%, 50%, 70%, 90%, 100%. But please do know such a summon would most likely be a B or A ranked summon depending if it had any other abilities besides having similar stats to yours if not that it could probably be a C or B

May be best to put them all in the same line as each other. Also you need to touch more on the usage of your Ice Release element. Something along the lines of

'The Fuyu Itari utilised by members of the Fuyu clan aligns its clansmen with a higher affinity to Wind and Water. The bloodline of the clan by giving them a higher affinity to Wind and Water allows them to naturally combine the two elements like the Yuki Clan incorporating them together adding equal parts of wind and water to make the Ice Element which is then used in a variety of Ninjutsu.

Although unlike the Yuki Clan who can naturally create ice, the Ice Release of the Fuyu clan is used by using natural surrounding water in the form of Hydrogen molecules bonding them with oxygen molecules in the air or a pre existing form of water such as a river to manipulate the water. By manipulating the water they use their wind element to mix with the materials that compose the water chilling the wind in which drops the temperature of the water turning it to ice allowing members of the clan to then manipulate this ice anyway they see fit."

For your clans summon you will need to add in a training requirement to reach each stage of the Kekkei Genkai as well as specific requirements. This being what requirements must first be met to obtain this level. This can be stat points, rank, specific jutsu ect or even fighting the Wolf itself.
