If you get a bijuu your character is only allowed to be a Genin. If your a Jinchuuriki your Jinchuuriki may not be part of a clan nor have a bloodline

Ever since the dawn of mankind evil has always been in there heart and since the time of ninja that evil has continued to grow. It was that evil that gave birth to ten powerful and deadly creatures known as the bijou created long before chakra was ever discovered. 10 powerful demons not of this world born from the pits of hell given birth by the evil desires of men and forged by Yami. Each was originally a single human being whose heart was so full of evil desires that the very evil consumed them bringing the Bijuu from the pits of hell. Each Bijuu grabbing onto those evil desires twisting them taking over the body of those humans until they were no longer human now just pure creatures of chakra. Many of the Bijuu that were born gave their abilities to humans but lessened abilities not as powerful as theres creating some of the known blood limits.

Bijuu are very powerful and give unique abilities that only there Jinchuuriki can use to their full extent. Because of this, if you wish to have one of the tailed beasts, your application must be good enough to show us that you can handle it without getting the Jimchuuriki killed easily and will not blatantly abuse its power beyond what is intended. All Jinchuuriki will start out as Genin, and for this reason they will NOT have full control over their Bijuu until Jounin. They will have to train and learn it over time. If you only train with your own personal jutsu and never release the bijuu or use its power, you are NOT going to be able to master it easily if you do release its power you'll go out of control and kill yourself releasing your beast.
The bijuu offer their host a few things for instance insane chakra reserves. When you reach 80% demon control you'll have access to their demon chakra and be able to use it instead of your own this will enhance your jutsu. You'll also have a higher regenerative rate being able to heal quicker than others but only from near fatal wounds. Secondly if you have full control over your bijuu you can break out of most Genjutsu.

The Juubi is known to show no mercy to anyone. It will turn anyone into its puppets with its Mind control Men, Women and Children without a care and it will use them till they break. The Juubi is the leader of the Ten Bijuu and the Strongest. Because of this he will show this power by crushing the other bijuu when they are near him without a reason deeming them as weak. He will crush anyone that comes before him and annoys him. He has gone on murderous rampages destroying innocent villages just for fun leaving nothing but destruction in his path.
Yamiton
The juubi no Ryuu being the strongest of all 10 Bijuu has the power of Yamiton or darkness release. Humans have the ability of Dark release but it is no where close to the Juubi's power of Darkness release having blessed them with a weaker version of its Yamiton known as Meiton. The Yamiton is an element that lives on death it has the ability to take life. The Yamiton is a powerful element that can only be matched by the power of Hikariton or Light release. With the Yamiton the Juubi is able to draw in negative emotions and energy gathering them into his body or mouth and launching destructive beams or large spheres that tear the earth apart. By gathering these negative emotions and creating his foul chakra he can use an array of powerful techniques able to manipulate the darkness in humans to such an extent he can physically remove from within their hearts all their dark desires creating the 'yami' version of those he encounters.

An ability used by the Juubi to turn people into mindless puppets for it. The juubi will use its demonic chakra to take control of another person’s mind using them as its puppet to do with as the juubi wishes. His Mind control works by twisting and manipulating the dark emotions of those he encounters through any form of contact even if they interact with his chakra. The Juubi is capable of sensing the negative emotions around him all over the world and connect with them creating a small voice in the back of the minds of humans in order to manipulate them slowly brainwashing them to follow his orders. As the darkness in their being grows he can take hold of it and use it to push them into the back of their mind sealing them off and create a new persona to take off one loyal to him that will do whatever he commands.

The Kyuubi is a rather prideful beast. He dislikes those that stomp on his pride. Those that do he kills without mercy. Even though he is a prideful being the Kyuubi is very lazy often just lazing about sleeping. This laziness is even given to his container. Like a cat the Kyuubi often takes long naps so will his Jinchuuriki. However in battle he is ruthless and will attack his opponent with all he has. This is even given to his container.
Jinchuuriki's distinctive features
Like all hosts the Jinchuuriki of the kyuubi gains certain distinctive features to identify them as the Kyuub's host. The host of the Kyuubi has unique cat like slitted pupils and their hair forms a lion mane like pattern down their neck if male however it female their hair sticks up at the top in the form of cat ears.
Shakuton (Scorch Release)
The Kyuubi no Raion or the nine tailed lion has the element of Scorch release. It offers its host a powerful affinity to Fuuton and Katon. Unlike those with the Scorch Release bloodline the vessel of the Kyuubi no Raion there Scorch Release can easily over power those with the Scorch Release Bloodline. This nature creates chakra that is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them a desiccated corpse.
Netsuton (Heat Release)
The Netsuton or Heat Release is an element that combines Fire and Wind nature chakra tougher before infusing them once again with fire chakra to create an element that can super heat the surrounding area. Heat release is an element that allows the wielder to generate a large amount of heat from their body and by generating this increase of heat can cause combustion to anything in the area creating fire. By moulding the Netsuton into techniques creating a light orange shade of chakra they can project it. By increasing ones heat release moisture is evaporated much like the Scorch Release. Unlike the Scorch Release this element is hotter and much more advanced being its progenitor. The Heat Release can also cause mirages to form by increasing the heat level to mislead those caught up in its attack.
The heat release doesn't leave a desiccated corpse like the Scorch Release instead it evaporates the blood as well and dissolves the skin turning anything it comes in contact with to a fine powdered dust.
Enhanced Strength

Hachibi no Kuro tsubasa (Eight Tailed Black Phoenix)

Personality
The Hachibi even though she is a black phoenix she is somewhat gentle and takes to looking after her container becoming somewhat of a mother figure to them. She is protective of her children and will burn all who dare come between her and them with such force even the Juubi is afraid of her. The Hachibi hates all humans other than children with equal force and will burn any who come before her to ash. The Hachibi has a long standing ahtred and rivalry with the Saint Beast Suzuka the Vermillion bird as both are of the phoenix breed.
Jinchuuriki's distinctive features
The host of the Hachibi when the Bijuu is placed in them gain unique features to identify them as the Hachibi's Jinchuuriki. The hosts features are pitch black hair with crimson streaks running through it and the ends of their hair forming feather like ends.

The Hachibi offers its host an advanced Kekkei Tota to Enton or Blaze release a combination of Katon, Raiton and Inton nature chakra allowing her host to use her deadly black flames said to have been born in hell. The Hachibi’s Enton can reach such peaks that her host is able to wield the flames with such skill they can dowse them in seconds as well as call them forth in an instant when mastery over their Bijuu has been obtained. Unlike the Uchiha clan’s Enton the Hachibi’s is far more superior as it is stronger and faster forming.
Mokaton (Inferno Release)
Inferno Release (猛火遁) is an advanced element and a higher form of fire manipulation by combining fire with the yin release. By adding the two together ones flames darken in colour becoming a dark red increasing in size with an uncontrolled rage. The Inferno Release is connected directly to the users emotions and the angrier the wielder becomes the stronger their flames become increasing the strength of their inferno release by 50%
Regeneration
Like all Phoenix's the Hachibi no Kuro tsubasa is gifted with the ability of rebirth through flames. Its container is given a higher regenerative rate. They can survive near death injuries thanks to the rapid healing offered by Hachibi no Kuro tsubasa. While the user is in the Six winged tail mode the container is able to rebirth themselves from their own flames. The Jinchuuriki can increase the temperature of their flames to encase their entire body setting them ablaze turning them into ash. Using the ash the Hachibi slowly brings it together reconstructing her container from the ground up completely healing them of injuries. Once this has been done the user's chakra reserves will be completely empty. (Note may only do this ONCE per topic. Requires control of 6th tail and up)
The user is also able to regenerate lost limbs and body organs. To regenerate organs and limbs takes a total wait limit of 5 posts (From jinchuuriki) to regenerate. Is unable to regenerate Brain or heart only through ash rebirth.

Shichibi no Anaguma (Seven tailed Badger)

Shichibi he is one of the more softer speaking bijuu rarely speaking though he will say what is on his mind if needed. Unlike the other bijuu he does not fight unless needed to trying to avoid meaningless violence. He is respectful of all beings humans, animals and nature itself. He enjoys being along often buried under the ground usually to sleep or just be alone to think. When he wants to be he can be very friendly to those around him. He is respectful of his other Bijuu and those stronger then him. He gives his host a similar personality to his. When annoyed or angered greatly the Shichibi will allow his temper to take over and he will use his element over metal to create giant constructs to crush and pierce his foes turning the world into a metal wasteland.

The host of the Shichibi like the other Jinchuuriki gains unique features with the sealing of the beast into their body. The Shichibi's host will have set of two strange black markings running down on a curve from their forehead and around their eyes to mimic the markings on the Shichibi's face.
Kinton (Metal Release)
The Shichibi no Anaguma offers its container the ability of Kinton or metal release a style of doton jutsu. The Shichibi gave this ability to mankind but the bloodline of metal release is no where near as powerful as the Jinchuuriki of the Shichibi. They are able to control all forms of metal even pull the iron from their blood stream if needed when they have fully mastered their demons chakra. Through the metal release they can use a higher form of earth manipulation mixing it with the Yin Release to imagine objects than using the Doton Element to construct them.

Magnet Release is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai which allows the user to convert chakra into magnetic forces and magnetise an object. Jiton can also be used to magnetise objects that when they come into contact with any other object, it causes the struck target to become magnetised. One hit to the body will cause a magnetic field within the said body, making it an easy target for any further magnetised weapons to be drawn to it. However, each time the magnetism is transferred, it weakens. Other's have also been able to use their magnet style in a similar manner as the sand release. The Magnet Release uses Lightning Release, Yin Release and Yang Release combined together making the Jiton a Kekkie Tota.

The Rokubi's host like the other Jinchuuriki gains distinctive features from its host. The Jinchuuriki's hair at the end will form the appearance of a scorpion tail while running down their cheeks birth marks in the shape of its pincers.
Sunaton (Sand Release)
The rokubi no sasori offers its host the power over sand or sand release a combination of Wind and Earth release. Besides having Sunaton there natural elements are shifted to wind and earth to match the Rokubi's giving them enhanced futon and doton but not as much as the other bijuu offer there hosts. With the sunaton they are able to create sand from nearby minerals and use it to there will. The sand can be sued to crush the surrounding minerals in the ground creating more sand acting as a natural offence and defence creating a powerful automatic defence around the host to protect them.
Dokuton (Poison Release)
Being that Scorpions are poisonous creature this does not change with the six tails as it offers its host a powerful ability to manipulate poison allowing them to use Dokuton or poison release. Through their poison release they can manipulate and create poisons inside their body and use them in conjunction with their strikes through their nails like a scorpions stinger. Through manipulating the Dokuton they can expel poisons in the form of solids, liquids and gases even creating corrosive poisons by mixing stomach acid into them.

The Sanbi like all crocodile's is extremely aggressive when someone enters its territory. With its Boil Release it won't hesitate to melt those that come near it being hostile just like its vessel. Its jinchuuriki will find themselves hostile to everyone and never interacting with those their own age threatening to melt them with their boil release.
Jinchuuriki's distinctive features
The distinctive appearance the host of the sanbi gains is their hair when it grows will form small strange spines that run right down. Running down the Sanbi's host back will also be small black spines which grow out from the spine thanks to the Sanbi.

The Steam Release is an advance chakra nature comprised of Katon, Suiton and Inton Fire, Water and Yin Release. By creating steam it can be used as a veil to hide in or as a distraction to escape. With Steam Release one can control the temperature of the steam they produce for a variety of effects. Steam release can even be used to help with water ninjutsu by blanketing a large area with steam and letting it rise to the air before returning to a liquid form to allow droplets of water to rain down to be used in water techniques once it cools.

Due to this power the user is capable of momentarily "killing" their body by controlling their own chakra, thus for all purposes they are in a form of cryostasis. The user completely stops all the molecules in their body, thus any material or substance attempting to affect them becomes incapable of doing so as it cannot enter ones body. However if someone uses an optical attack on them it will affect them because their nerves are still working. The user is capable of lowering her body temperature to a point at which the ground below their feet freezes instantly, causing ice quakes, and can even reduce their own temperature to absolute zero,

Listed below are the training requirements for EACH of the bijuu and their jichuuriki as well as extra bonus stats and bonus stats with mastery of different levels. YOU may not start with any control of your Bijuu all of it must be trained and gained in character. Certain levels of control will also require you to be of a higher rank. Also stat bonus gained while in cloak form are temporary and will vanish when you deactivate your Bijuu mode.
Bijuu Training Requirements
For each Jinchuuriki you have a number of forms first being your 'pseudo-jinchuuriki' form, than your 'Initial Chakra cloak', then 'partial transformation' as well as 'Chakra Cloak Version 1' and 'Chakra Cloak Version 2' forms and lastly your 'Bijuu form'. The affects and cloaks of each BIjuu form do not stack stat wise.
